Workshop/Training Description
The Alignment Over Agreement Workshop teaches participants how to maintain connection even when perspectives differ. Participants will learn: • Why agreement is often mistaken for relational health • How alignment builds trust and emotional safety • Communication practices that preserve unity during disagreement • How to navigate difficult conversations without damaging connection This workshop helps participants build relational stability rooted in mutual respect and shared direction.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We are honored to serve you and ask that all sessions be stewarded with care and intention. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact Megan at mantled4marriage.us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed sessions, will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Thank you for honoring this policy and the time set apart for your growth and formation.
