Marriage Renewal & Alignment Event™ — Facilitator Guide
Lead couples through one of the most honest, most formative experiences your ministry can offer.
⚠ Facilitators only — not for participant distribution.
This event asks couples to do something most of them have never done together in a room full of other couples: look at their marriage honestly, name what needs to be released, own their individual contribution to where the marriage is, and sign a renewed covenant declaration together. Leading that experience well requires pastoral preparation that matches the depth of what you're asking couples to do. This guide provides it.
What's Inside:
Room setup, table and seating configuration for couples and logistical guidance for half-day and full-day formats
Full session flow with timing for both formats
Opening and welcome scripts
Teaching notes for all four sessions

Guidance on leading the Marriage Renewal Declaration
Difficult moments protocols
Pastoral referral and follow-up guidance
Closing script and prayer leadership guidance
Who This Is For: Pastors, marriage ministry directors, and ministry leaders hosting the Marriage Renewal & Alignment Event as a church-based half-day or full-day in-person event.
