Carrying Love & Loss ™ — Facilitator Guide
Lead with the pastoral depth this session requires — fully prepared for every moment.
⚠ Facilitators only — not for participant distribution.
This workshop enters the most tender ground in the Mantled for Marriage™ series. Participants are carrying real losses — some recent, some long-held, some still acute. The material touches grief that has been bypassed, identities reorganized around loss, and the specific fear that receiving something new is a betrayal of what was loved. Leading this session with pastoral care requires preparation that matches the weight of what participants are bringing. This guide provides it.

Who This Is For:
Pastors, grief ministers, coaches, and ministry leaders leading the Carrying Love & Loss workshop online — with widowed participants, those navigating divorce grief, or those accompanying grieving loved ones.
Pairs Well With:
The CLL workshop carries a different emotional register than anything else in the Ecosystem. It is a part of the loss and rebuilding track alongside Rebuilding Life After Loss and Healthy Re-Entry to Relationships. Pastoral or professional support is recommended alongside this workshop for participants in acute grief and protects the people the workshop is designed to serve.
